"DO YOU DARE" Winner Is!

The polls closed Friday 12-26-08 @ 6PM Eastern Time and the numbers are in. Wow, what a close race this contest was right from the start especially between Joy and Sarah. They were neck and neck every day almost hour to hour, every day their numbers increased almost the same as they pursued with persevering attention to win. They really put their best foot forward or should we say their pink heads. At aprox 9:AM this morning they were tied with 135 votes each..................

But, holy cow........about 10:00 AM this morning the polls went crazy and the numbers began to change faster then the speed of lightning. Every few minute sometime seconds, votes started pouring in for Sarah. I understand a friend of hers sent out over a thousand emails to friends pleading for votes for Sarah. Wow.......that is what I call true dedication.

It saddens me that only one can be our first place winner for I have never seen two girls work so diligently as they did......but we must go by the actual voting poll.

I would like to thank all that have participated and those who took the the time to vote and support our True Pink Ladies. These girls most certainly should be commended for going as far as they did by coloring their hair pink for a contest. For not even I would of done it ......not even for a million bucks. These girls went above and beyond to show their true love for the color pink.......showing no shame as they proudly held their pink heads high as they were viewed by many all over the Internet.

Attention Please....to all our participates and voters of our "Do You Dare" Contest.

The contest will be closing a week earlier. Cut off date for placing your votes has been changed from Friday, Jan 2nd to this Friday, Dec.26th @ 6:00PM Eastern Time. The winner will be announced this Saturday the 27th the instead of Saturday, Jan 3rd.

I have decided to close it a week early so that I could start the new contest this week-end. This change has been cleared with the contest entry participates prior to making this decision.

First I would like to thank all of you lovely ladies for joining in on this very fun contest, and an extra special thank-you to those whom dared. I know all of you girls have been very anxious to see who would actually dare to go that far. I must commend those that actually did this especially during the holiday season........for..... not even I had enough nerve to do so. We did although have five brave and daring true lovers of pink enter and must say they are what you would call True Pink Ladies.

Hello ladies, nice to see you all again...hope you all had a wonderful pink week.

We sadly only have five entries so far...but the good news is you still have till the 19th to get your entries in. Your chances right now to win are very, very good because of the number of entries so far...so come on ladies, give it a shot. Remember the posting of all the entries will be next Saturday the 20th so please stop back and make sure you vote.

On January the 3rd the winner will be announced and it will also be the beginning of a brand new pink contest on that Pink Saturday for all you "Less Daring Ladies". Just a very small hint is all you get this week (pink, pink, pink and more pink).

HOW FAR WILL YOU GO?

Are you one of those people who absolutely love the color pink? Do you love it so much that it's gone to your head? I mean literally gone to your Head? If not then here is your chance to prove your are a True Pink Lady.

I am having a contest to see who really is a true lover of the color pink so much that they will color their hair pink for a contest. One says...Well .....tell me what the prize is first!

Believe it or not it will be for a million dollar bill. That's right here it is in full view on my computer.

It's all yours if you dare to color, paint or tint your hair pink and are the lucky winner. You will need to enter a photo of you before and after with your pink hair to be entered in the contest.

Rules of the contest:

Your photo entries must be emailed to my gmail address listed on the top left. All photos must be in by 12:00 NOON December the 19th. On Pink Saturday Dec 20th all entries will be posted for all our pink ladies to vote on. The entries will be posted for two week for voting and on Pink Saturday January the 3rd the winners will be announced. Once I acknowledge back to you with an email that I have indeed received your photo entry (I will check twice daily) you may change your hair color back if you should desire. You do not have to keep it pink until the posting or voting.

The color must be pink .....not red or purple.

You must be willing to have the photos posted for voting.

Disclaimer: Please make note that the million dollar bill is nonnegotiable (it is a fake) but we will be giving away to the winners the items listed below. We will also be sending to all those who participated a free sample of my new fragrance oil "Torn Desire" which is making its debut in the spring of 2009 on our website Shoppes on Boutique Drive
